The City of Burnsville uses the USSSA program as a foundation for the league rules that govern each season of play. However, in some cases the league director and the Burnsville Softball Council have voted to modify the national rule based on feedback from our players and managers. The links below will provide you with the City of Burnsville league guidelines.
Note: There are several new or modified rules in the past few years. You can see those specific changes on the "Notable Rules" tab. A copy of these rules are handed out at the summer manager meeting and that book should be carried with you to each game in case there is a discrepancy.
