Overview

The Maple Island/Bluebill Bay Area is planned for 2019 street rehabilitation and reclamation. The street rehabilitation portion consists of spot curb repair, milling the top two inches of pavement, and placing a two-inch asphalt overlay. The street reclamation portion consists of grinding up of the existing asphalt while mixing it with the gravel base, grading, paving, storm sewer repairs and upgrades, and sanitary sewer repairs. Curbs will be spot replaced where severely cracked or broken.  This project is being managed by the City of Lakeville.  Additional information is available on their project website.
